Nose : Elegant, powdery. The initial nose is an invitation to indulgence, revealing luscious aromas of acacia honey, brown sugar, and browned butter. Its personality quickly unfolds with subtle notes of cedar, pine resin, and spearmint. With aeration, the aromatic palette becomes infused with generous fruitiness (baked apple, orange marmalade, mirabelle plum) and heady spices (clove, cinnamon, iris concrete)

Palate : Ample, silky. Carried by its 50% ABV, the distillate coats the palate with a dense, almost unctuous texture, without the slightest sharpness. At first, warm notes of toasted corn and maple syrup blanket the palate. The mid-palate then reveals a noble influence of precious wood (stave oak, sandalwood), supported by refined spices (cardamom, white pepper). Herbaceous touches (sage, infused verbena) and roasted yellow fruits then infuse it with dazzling vitality and freshness.

Overall : Endless, suave. Having reached its point of absolute balance, the tasting extends into luxurious tertiary notes of leather, roasted pecan, and cocoa bean. Both savory and delicately mentholated, the retro-olfaction gradually releases deeply intertwined aromas of blond tobacco, black licorice, and a delicate root bitterness (gentian). A finish of great purity.
