Nose : Lime zest evolving towards yellow lemon, fresh cane and pastry notes. One can almost smell a lemon meringue pie.
Palate : greedy and fat attack. Aromas of flaked almonds, egg creams, spices with cinnamon as well as salty and citrus notes.
Overall : Rather dry and greasy on the retro olfaction and spicy. Meringue and lime zest are present.
