Description
BELLEVOYE BLEU, fine grain finish is an unpeated triple malt. It has a nose of cereals, dried flowers, vanilla and a balanced and round palate. This creation reflects a blend of three regions and three types of stills. The selected single malts are between 3 and 7 years old when they arrive in the Charente cellar of Les Bienheureux. A final maturation of 9 to 12 months in fine grain new French oak barrels provides the structure and creaminess of this whisky. 40% alc.
BELLEVOYE BLANC, Sauternes finish is also a non-peated triple malt. Its exotic fruit fragrance, its old gold colour with topaz reflections and its honeyed mouth make it an exceptional product. The texture is silky and delicate with a finish of almond and hazelnut. For this edition, a final maturation of 6 months in Sauternes barrels was chosen. 40% alc.
BELLEVOYE ROUGE, Grand Cru finish is a lightly peated triple malt with an intense and complex nose. Its palate is powerful, long and fruity. It seduces with its subtlety and complexity. This blend, of three single malts from three different regions, benefits from a final maturation of 6 months in barrels of great Bordeaux wines. 43% alc.
