Armagnac is above all a white wine brandy. Often, an ingredient is added: wood.
Our gnole, made from the distillation of a single grape variety, Colombard, has never seen wood.

To taste


To drink
On its own, served chilled, like a vodka but more fragrant.
In a cocktail, with tonic and elderberry liqueur.
In a shaker as a Sour, with sugar syrup, lemon and egg white.

To eat
A dash on a grape ice cream or as a digestive on a Roquefort cheese.
