This 2016 vintage, bottled at 100 Proof by Signatory Vintage, matured for 10 years in 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butts. Despite its young age, it already shows impressive aromatic intensity, driven by rich and spicy sherry influence that perfectly complements the distillate’s structure.
Nose : Raisins, cocoa, toasted hazelnut, candied orange and dark malt.
Palate : Powerful and warming. Dates, dark chocolate, spiced caramel, walnuts and toasted oak.
Overall : Long and generous, with dried fruits, mocha and a gentle peppery touch.
