BACCAE Matshi Gin

This Gin is the result of a collaboration between Baccae Distillery and Maison Matshi, renowned for the quality of its chili sauces. It represents a bold partnership designed to appeal to Gin and spice enthusiasts. Its aromatic composition combines juniper, habanero and gorria peppers, grapefruit, cinnamon, cardamom, and allspice. It is made from French wheat alcohol and includes a maceration of spices as well as the signature peppers from Maison Matshi. The distillation follows the traditional Müller still method, followed by a carefully controlled re-maceration of habanero to extract capsaicin, the compound responsible for the pepper’s heat. This spicy Gin offers a rich aromatic palette, centered on juniper, citrus, and spices, complemented by exotic notes and dominated by habanero.
