Ce single cask Armorik Yeun Elez Bourbon 1st Fill a été sélectionné en exclusivité pour le Whisky Live Paris 2026, et offre une nouvelle édition de l’emblématique Yeun Elez, l’expression tourbée signature de la distillerie Warenghem. Élaboré à partir d’orge maltée écossaise fortement tourbée à 50 ppm, le whisky a été distillé en mars 2022, avant de vieillir pendant quatre ans dans un fût de bourbon Buffalo Trace 1st Fill, n°6230. Il a ensuite été embouteillé en mai 2026, brut de fût, à 59,5% vol., préservant ainsi toute la richesse et l’intensité de cette maturation.

Nose : Beautiful aromatic intensity, with the peat revealing medicinal notes (camphor, clove), supported by fruity and pastry-like notes (cream-filled pastry).

Palate : The smoke envelops the palate, while citrus notes bring a refreshing touch. Beautiful roundness with a hint of salinity.

Overall : A long, lingering finish, with iodine and spice notes, ending with the warmth of a wood fire.
