Maison Arhumatic wanted to reinvent this great classic by creating a fragrance off the beaten track. Its research led it to create its own blend by combining three traditional rums: two Jamaican rums, one of which was aged in foudre for 12 months, selected for its woody character, which had to be tempered with another traditional Jamaican rum that was not powdered, and a Guadeloupe rum aged in wood. The trio of grapes, chosen for their taste qualities, harmoniously completes this new creation.
Nose : The first nose is lightly woody, followed by the fruity side of the grape and ending with the warm notes of rum.
Palate : The liquid is velvety, with the first tangy notes of grapes reminiscent of rum-raisin ice cream.
Overall : The finish is woody, thanks to Jamaican and Guadeloupe rums.
