Coming from the Knockdhu distillery, founded in 1894 near Knock Hill (known to locals by the Gaelic name anCnoc), this single malt has undergone prolonged aging for 16 years in the finest bourbon casks. Bottled without coloring or chill filtration, it reveals a roundness and indulgence true to the distillery's style. Always accessible, this whisky offers beautiful fruity notes of orange and apple. The finish is both fresh and complex with fine notes of spicy vanilla and melted caramel.
