This Mezcal is made from 80% Espadin agaves and 20% Arroqueno agaves, and it is the result of the work of Maestros Don Felix Garcia, Don Leonardo Rojas, and Don Jesus Rìos. The agaves are cooked in a stone oven and then crushed using a horse-drawn mill. After a natural fermentation process, the Mezcal is double distilled in clay stills.
