ADRIATICO Amaretto Roasted Zero

Adriatico Zero embodies a new generation of alcohol-free amaretto, crafted exclusively in Italy from a distillate of Filippo Cea almonds, renowned for their exceptional taste. A unique process allows all of their aromatic richness to be captured in a non-alcoholic version. Harvested by hand, the almonds are roasted and then macerated before being distilled. Their flavor is so intense that only a small amount is needed to bring the full complexity and intensity of the almond taste. They are then blended with delicate notes of cinnamon for added depth. The amount of cane sugar used is reduced by half compared to a traditional amaretto. Finally, a pinch of sea salt from the Adriatic perfects the balance by adding a crisp saline touch.
