PROFILE : This finely peated single malt reveals a direct and coastal profile, featuring notes of ripe fruit, citrus and ashy peat. It is crafted according to historic methods, including direct heating of the stills over a coal fire, and then aged for at least ten years in casks.

Nose : Fresh and incredibly herbaceous. Hints of fruits bring softness to the first nose. The peat is very discreet, enhancing the other aromas. Allowed to breathe, rich pastry notes emerge.
