THE HOUSE OF SUNTORY

Since 1923, The House of Suntory has been recognised as a pioneer of Japanese whisky thanks to its House of Master Blenders and its Art of Blending. Founder Shinjiro Torii built Japan’s first malt whisky distillery in Yamazaki, and Suntory’s legacy continued with Torii’s son and Suntory’s second master blender, Keizo Saji, who went on to open more distilleries, including the Hakushu distillery. As generations of Suntory’s master blenders continue their craft, Suntory Whisky remains true to both its heritage and innovation. The House of Suntory has been named "Distillery of the Year" four times at the International Spirits Challenge in London, UK (2010, 2012, 2013, 2014). Suntory whiskies are subtle, refined and complex. The portfolio includes Yamazaki, Hakushu, Chita, Hibiki, Suntory Whisky Toki. The range also features Japanese gin Roku and Japanese vodka Haku.
Hibiki, meaning "resonance", was launched in 1989 to commemorate the 90th anniversary of Suntory. Since then, Hibiki has been considered a symbol of the Art of Japanese Whisky, an authentic reflection of Japanese nature and its people. "Kanzen" or complete, our Hibiki Whisky range is composed of several malt and grain whiskies meticulously blended to create a harmony of flavours and aromas. HIBIKI JAPANESE HARMONY
Hibiki Japanese Harmony symbolises the harmony that exists in Japan between nature and people.
Inspired by the richness and diversity of the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar, and elevated by Suntory’s artisans, Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a blend created from a meticulous selection of the most refined whiskies from the House. It is a symphony of at least ten malt and grain whiskies, matured in five different types of cask, and sourced from Suntory’s Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries.
