A premium cuvée from the renowned Turkish house, Yeni Rakı Âla is crafted exclusively from fresh and sun-dried grapes, distilled three times in traditional copper stills with selected aniseed. It is then aged in oak casks, which lend it exceptional roundness and a slightly golden hue. A complex, well-structured and highly elegant aniseed-flavoured spirit.

Nose : Intense and refined. Characterised by a very pure green aniseed aroma, quickly complemented by notes of raisin, fig, vanilla and a subtle woody hint.
