Nose : The nose reveals subtle aromas of citrus (lime) and white flowers (orange blossom, star jasmine), all wrapped in scents of freshly cut grass and the sweetness of rice pudding. A hint of anise emerges.
Palate : The hint of anise turns into licorice on the palate. The rice pudding note lingers during tasting, bringing a touch of sweetness with a hint of fresh basil and almond. The finish is fresh, with notes of pink grapefruit zest.
