PX Cosecha 2017 is a mellow, rich and fruity wine with a balanced structure. The grapes are harvested by hand and left carefully on the ground on food mats for slow, gradual dehydration, concentrating the grapes' natural sugar and revealing an elegant sweetness in the wine. Fermentation takes place first in open French oak barrels, before closing them again to slow down the alcoholic conversion process and preserve the sugar as well as the fruity aromas and flavours. We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of 7ºC to 12ºC in a wide, open glass, but always in moderate quantities to fully appreciate its complex nuances.

Nose : The nose is marked by fleshy fruit aromas such as peach, apricot and ripe plum. As you swirl it in the glass, notes of pear and green apple emerge, accompanied by a light touch of almond provided by the French oak, balancing the wine's fruity profusion.

Palate : On the palate, the attack is fresh and velvety, with well-integrated acidity that makes for an easy drinking experience. There are flavours of dates, figs and, of course, sultanas.

Overall : Long and light.
