Nose : rich, marked by violet-flavoured liquorice and lemony notes. Similar to a Hoegaarden Blanche. Fresh aromas.

Palate : light, lively, refreshing sharp notes very quickly make way for cereal and a bitter taste.

Overall : short, on the slightly bitter side.
