BOURBON: Widow Jane Baby Jane is a straight bourbon from the state of New York in the United States.
PROFILE: This straight bourbon displays a rich and full-bodied profile, featuring notes of corn, vanilla and toasted oak. It uses an ancient variety of corn grown for the distillery, distilled at Red Hook in Brooklyn, then blended with bourbons from Kentucky.
DID YOU KNOW? The soft water used during its bottling comes from the former Rosendale mine, whose cement was used in the construction of the Statue of Liberty and the Brooklyn Bridge.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: This straight bourbon can be enjoyed neat in a tumbler-style glass.
