WhistlePig Estate Oak Rye is the result of years of patience. This liquid is aged for over a decade in American oak barrels and then finished in toasted Vermont oak barrels made from WhistlePig farm wood. These oaks have more rings than American oak, allowing the liquid to develop deeper flavours as it ages.
