A celebration of the most prized terroir in the entire Cognac region, François Voyer Terres de Grande Champagne is a blend of eaux-de-vie aged 4 to 6 years, distilled on the lees and aged in new Limousin oak casks for 3 years, then in barrels in a damp cellar. The reduction in cask was carried out gradually (maximum reduction of 5% per operation every 6 months to 1 year) in order to bring out the maximum finesse and complexity.
