Cognac Viti Collection BIO Napoléon Fins Bois Landier Family. This organic cognac comes from the production of the cousin of Géraldine and Jean-Yves Landier, winegrower in the heart of Fins Bois on an exceptional terroir: the Saint Simeux hill. He is now known to be one of the pioneers in organic production in the region. In order to best reproduce the great qualities of this edition, the Landiers have preferred a degree of 45% allowing not to chillfilter and thus leaving more substance in the brandy giving it more aromatic amplitude and fat.
Rémi Landier Napoleon was aged for 6 years in French oak barrels, alternating new and old barrels. Smooth and balanced, it is marked by notes of exotic fruits, spicy wood, honey, and lime.
