HAITIAN RUM : Vieux Vaval 10 Year Old 2016 is a pure sugarcane juice rum from Haiti.
PROFILE : This rum reveals an ethereal and deep profile, featuring juicy, honeyed, fruity, spiced and liquorice notes. Crafted from the native sugarcane variety Madame Meuze and resulting from a long fermentation with indigenous yeasts, this cask-strength bottling was matured in Caroni casks.
