HAITIAN RUM : Vieux Casimir 10 Year Old 2016 is a pure sugarcane juice rum from Haiti.
PROFILE : This rum reveals a heady and mineral profile, featuring medicinal, spicy, powdery, tropical fruit and floral notes. Crafted from the Hawaii rouge and blanche sugarcane varieties and resulting from a five- to eight-day fermentation carried out with indigenous yeasts, this cask strength bottling was matured in casks that previously contained Caroni rum.
