Profile: rich, firm. An abundant bouquet of caffeinated notes, blood oranges, flowers and herbs, candied lemons, red berry jams, black grapes and salted almonds.

Three experienced bartenders, inspired by traditional Italian products and the Prohibition era, united to create Rome’s premier cocktail bar and a major promoter of historic liquors: the Jerry Thomas Project. Named after the iconic bartender and cocktail pioneer Jerry Thomas, aka “The Professor”, the bar celebrates prohibition drinks, forgotten Italian spirits and high quality raw ingredients. They worked together with one of the oldest Italian distilleries, Antica Distelleria Quaglia, to produce their own liquors and bitters.
