Twelve Barbade Jamaica is a blend created in Laguiole by a master cellarer. It consists of a blend from three distilleries that are representative of their island of origin. These three molasses rums have the particularity of being distilled in a pot still. Six casks were combined for this cuvée, which aged initially in the tropics and then in the Aubrac region. This rum has been bottled straight from the cask.
Nose : The nose is that of a funky and indulgent rum, generous yet not wild, concentrated but inviting.
Palate : The palate is very sticky and enveloping. After a very round attack, the rum begins to build in intensity. It puts the exotic fruits in a state of intense vibration, allowing them to meld together and flow into a well-concentrated syrup.
Overall : Calm, it settles on a light, vanilla oak.
