Whilst this story began with a closely guarded secret in the cellars, it is founded above all on an absolute mastery of pure agave. The Plata version is its purest, most transparent and most faithful expression. )
Nose : Light woody notes underpinned by subtle hints of vanilla and honey.
Palate : Very smooth, with tannins imparting a slight bitterness, a creamy character and body on the palate. No astringency.
Overall : A lingering hint of white pepper, finishing clean and fresh.
