TOMATIN Legacy

The Tomatin distillery was established in 1897 in the town of the same name. This bottling pays tribute to the history of the distillery, which for generations has provided a living for the people of Tomatin. The time spent in bourbon casks and new oak barrels gives this expression a slight sweetness, with aromas of vanilla, marshmallow, pineapple and yellow lemon. The palate is elegant, with notes of candy, pine, lemon sorbet, apple and yoghurt cake. The finish is pure and straightforward.
