TOBERMORY 27 ans 1996 Refill Bourbon Cask Hidden Spirit

2023 marks the 10th anniversary of the transalpine bottler, and to celebrate, Hidden Spirit is releasing a series of 4 new bottlings. This selection comes from the bottler's own cellars, where the care taken in selecting the casks enables them to create products of undeniable complexity and charm. This bottling is a Tobermory distilled in 1996. It was aged for 27 years in bourbon casks before being bottled at 47.60%. This whisky from the Isle of Mull has a complex, balanced profile, with aromas of bitter orange, preserved lemon and honey. Hidden Spirits is a house founded in 2013 in Italy whose mission is to discover and select the finest casks of Single Malt Scotch Whisky and Rum to create unforgettable, limited edition independent bottlings. The spirit of its owner, Andrea Ferrari, is reflected in each of its selections.
