A unique bottling at cask strength based on small new Danish oak casks and 1st fill Bourbon quarter casks. The new European oak with its deep sweetness, spicy vanilla notes, tannic complexity and peppery finish in combination with the classic Bourbon barrel and its tropical fruit, toffee and mocca, this time in a 125 liter format for enhanced flavour extraction and oxidation, has created a wonderfully complex and intense whisky. Add a gently peated spirit, which integrates seamlessly into the flavours of the casks, and you get a deeply interesting and flavoursome Single Malt Whisky with much more to offer.
