Handcrafted in our distillery in Dunedin by our talented distillers Michael & Cyril, this single malt grain spirit has creamy cereal notes of the malted barley dancing across your palate amongst the clean, fresh and fruity characters of the alcohol. Un-aged new-make spirit at its absolute infant stage with a smooth, oily finish.
Enjoyable as it is - straight over ice, or mixed in your favourite cocktail!

Nose : Crème caramel and fresh cereals, exotic fruits - banana, mango and golden honeydew melon.
Palate : Malt biscuits, toffee and ground almonds with subtle celeriac and fresh green apples on the mid palate
Overall : Long creamy aftertaste of malt and caramel. Smooth, oily finish with a salty twist.
