Belgian Owl whisky is crafted using traditional making process and valuing Belgium agricultural heritage. The locally grown barley used to produce Belgian Owl is fairtrade-certified; while the water is drown 40 meters below the ground of their warehouse. The Owl Distillery is a handcrafted distillery, working with 2 scots stills which were made in 1898 and that have worked for the well-known Caperdonich Distillery in Scotland. The new make has not been age and offers a predominantly cerealy profile.
Nose : fresh, notes of plum, acidic apple and oily herbs._x000D_ _x000D_
Palate : sweet. Fresh fruits, almonds, nuts and intense pepper._x000D_
Overall : balanced with orchard fruits aromas and a liquorice edge.
