The first release from That Boutique-y Rum Company's Signature Blend range is here! Unlike the limited edition releases that make up most of That Boutique-y Rum Company's selection, these expression will be continuous release, so you come back to them time after time - and after tasting them, you'll definitely want to. Developed with Pete Holland (of off The Floating Rum Shack fame), this particular treat is made with a combination of unaged rum from Martinique and some particularly bold dark rum from Jamaica. It makes a phenomenal Daiquiri, we'll tell you that!

Nose : A delicately sweet and incredibly fresh and fruity nose opens with canned sugar cane juice, Conference pears and foam banana sweets, then dried pineapple rings, a little watermelon and a touch of pink grapefruit tartness. Green notes appear underneath with black olives, classic Martinique grassiness, a hint of seaweed and some eucalyptus leaves._x000D_

Palate : Pear drops, pineapple and banana bread develop from the nose before some vanilla oak appears on alongside green apples, white grapefruit, stewed winter fruits, salted caramel and a little heat and spice from ginger root._x000D_

Overall : A touch of funky Agricole joins a prickle of black pepper spice, more olives, kiwi fruit and sugarcane sweetness._x000D_
