Fernet Angelico from Tempus Fugit has been created according to the recipe of an original manuscript, using rare and exotic ingredients. In addition to plants and spices such as aloe, cinchona, aniseed, angelica and mint, it contains columbite root, myrrh, saffron and white agaric (a mushroom that grows on larches). These last two elements form its backbone.

Nose : Powerful and medicinal. Intense notes of peppermint, saffron, dried bark and gentian, complemented by a woody, resinous base.

Palate : Rich, complex and uncompromising. The distinct bitterness of rhubarb and myrrh is balanced by an oily texture, revealing nuances of camphor, menthol and warm spices.

Overall : Very long, dry and refreshing. It lingers on with persistent notes of spearmint, angelica root and a noble herbal bitterness.
