With an extremely limited production, the 2021 single barrel release has been meticulously hand-selected for unique qualities and flavor. Depending on which barrel yours comes from, every bottle will have natural variances in flavors and aromas, leaving you wanting more.
Nose : Rich chocolate and vanilla, toasted oak; green apple, apricot.
Appearance : Ambre profond
Palate : Smooth, dark oak with honeyed floral notes and our signature rye spice.
Overall : Clean and long-lasting with lingering butterscotch.
