Nose : Vegetable and spicy, with an apparent sweetness but a marked hint of spice. Tart notes reminiscent of sour candies, which round out into fudge before evolving into herbaceous and woody nuances, almost fragrant.
Palate : Light and creamy, dominated by vanilla and a delicate acidity. Herbaceous notes develop in the background. With a little water, the whole becomes sweeter and reveals more wood.
Overall : Rather short but lively, marked by a distinct spice and a touch of dried coconut. A dash of water softens the whole while accentuating the spices.
