TAKENO Egao Hyakuyaku

Nose still yellow fruit, juicy, heady (though less exuberant than 2019). Yellow fruit types: fresh pineapple, yellow peaches, apricot, lovely, enveloping texture on the palate. Notes of candied papaya and very light notes of candied ginger, honeyed notes on the finish. (slight perlance to be verified if others feel it, as it's very light). Serving temperature: Between 6 and 12°C. Food pairing: Endive salad with walnuts, poached pear, pata negra ham.
