TAKAMAKA Grankaz Batch #3

This Grankaz batch#3 is the quintessential Seychelles rum, showcasing Takamaka's expertise in aging and blending. Pure cane juice rums from the Seychelles are distilled in pot stills, then aged for 2 to 4 years in radoux new French oak barrels. They are then blended with a molasses rum, aged in ex-bourbon barrels for three years, and an eight-year-old molasses rum from the Foursquare distillery. Bottled at 51.6% ABV with no added coloring or sugar, and not chill-filtered. Floral and ripe pear aromas mingle with flavors of brown honey, tropical fruit, tobacco and vanilla, with a warm, lingering woody-spicy finish.
