The 16 Year Old American Oak Second Fill stands out for a depth and refinement that only time can provide. Distilled in August 2006 and bottled in June 2023, it benefited from 16 years and 10 months of maturation in a single second-fill American oak cask. Beyond its notes of vanilla, caramel, coconut, and ripe fruit, lifted by delicate floral and herbal nuances, this whisky impresses with its remarkable texture, great complexity, and long finish.

Nose : An inviting and complex nose, revealing layers of tea leaves, pine, dried pineapple, and apple. Delicate notes of wild strawberry, herbs, and flowers bring elegance, while malt, creamy vanilla yogurt, and lemon curd add warmth and indulgence.

Palate : Silky and grippy, the palate combines notes of mango ice cream, coconut, and rye bread. Chocolate adds indulgence, lifted by hints of apple, cinnamon, and buttery biscuits.

Overall : Long and evolving finish, opening on mango and guava, then a buttery texture developing into notes of maple syrup and toffee caramel.
