JAMAICAN RUM : STCE 2005 High Proof is a molasses rum produced by the Long Pond distillery in Jamaica.
PROFILE : This rum reveals a rich and complex profile, featuring chocolate, tropical fruit, spicy and herbaceous notes. Produced according to the STCE mark and displaying an ester content between 550 and 700 g/hlap, this single cask No. 28 was matured for twenty-one years in bourbon casks under a tropical climate.
