STARWARD Left-Field

At Starward we believe in doing things a little differently. We make modern, progressive whiskies that speak to the place they’re made Australia. Creativity is vital, experiments are encouraged and ideas that come out of Left Field are the ones we love. Bringing together Australian barley and Australian red wine barrels, Starward Left Field is the epitome of a distinctly Australian spirit.
The way we make our whisky is a bit different to how it has been made for generations around the world, but that’s the whole point. That’s why we are excited and proud about what we do. It is why we call this Starward expression Left Field.

This whisky is unique to Starward as we only use 100% French oak casks to give a rich and spicy mouthfeel and to enhance the complex oak characters, while maintaining the delicate wine
flavours. Left- Field also uses some charred French oak red wine barrels to add further complexity and ensure the estery spirit that makes up Starward’s DNA is in abundance.
