STARWARD 100 Proof

The Melbourian distillery Starward presents its latest addition to the permanent range: 100 Proof, which reflects its alcoholic strength: 50%. This reference reflects the image of this young and innovative distillery, which is committed to producing single malts with 100% local ingredients. 100 Proof was aged in American oak casks containing Australian red wine (Cabernet and Shiraz in particular), mainly from the Barossa wine-growing region. The use of American oak gives a fuller, richer mouthfeel with notes of vanilla and toasted oak.
