Selected by Signatory Vintage for the 100 Proof Exceptional #16 series, this 2008 vintage aged 17 years matured in 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butts. The casks deliver profound layers of dark fruits, chocolate and noble spices while preserving remarkable elegance and balance.
Nose : Black raisins, candied orange, cocoa, polished old oak and cinnamon.
Palate : Dense and velvety. Dates, fig, dark chocolate, mocha coffee and sweet spices.
Overall : Very long and enveloping, with dried fruits, noble oak and a lightly tannic edge.
