OUR ADVICE: The Blueberry Sortilège can be enjoyed chilled, on the rocks, and its richness makes it ideal for coffee and cocktails. You can also serve it on its own at the end of an excellent meal.
TO GO FURTHER: Sortilège is based on an original recipe from the descendants of the first settlers of Quebec who brought whisky-making techniques from the New World and added a native local ingredient, maple syrup, to create a new and unique spirit.
Nose : Fresh red berries and blueberries, complemented by the sweetness of maple syrup and a hint of spice from rye whisky.
Palate : A round, velvety texture, blending the tangy freshness of the blueberries with the rich sweetness of the maple syrup and the warm notes of the whisky.
