This sweet potato shochu from the artisanal producer Yanagita has been resting for 1 year in an enamel tank. Yanagita is the oldest distillery in Miyakonojo on the island of Kyushu. It was established in 1902 and is located in the distant outskirts of Miyazaki. Bottled at the traditional degree of 25% alc. this cuvée perfectly transcribes the character at the same time powerful and fruity and of the sweet potato.
