In 1920 the Pilla Brothers put the skills and stills together to develop what has become an emblematic spirits and beverage of Venice the spritz but was first served with soda water. Almost a century has passed since then, but even today, Select is recognized as one of the true icons of Venetian aperitifs: a unique bitter, proposed by historical locals in the Lagoon and by bartenders who can experiment.
