ROCK ISLAND 14 ans Sherry Limited Edition

Douglas Laing unveils its latest limited edition, Rock Island 14 Year Old Sherry Edition, a rich and complex new version of its maritime malt, sourced exclusively from the Scottish islands of Islay, Arran, Jura and Orkney. Luscious and smoky, this Rock Island has spent the final stages of its long maturation in casks that have previously contained sherry, the Andalusian oxidative wine. The resulting spirit is said to capture the essence of the Scottish islands in an iodised, peaty style, balanced by a wave of spice and dried fruit.
