HIGH ESTER RUM: River Antoine Rivers is a white rum from Grenada.
PROFILE: This high-proof white rum reveals a powerful and vegetal profile, featuring notes of fresh sugarcane, white pepper and olive. It is produced from naturally fermented pure sugarcane juice, then distilled in wood-fired pot stills.
DID YOU KNOW? Founded in 1785, the distillery has preserved the same artisanal production throughout its history, notably with a watermill that still crushes the sugarcane today.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: This white rum can be enjoyed neat in a tulip glass. It works perfectly in a daiquiri cocktail.
