PROFILE : This white rum reveals an elegant and fresh profile, featuring fruity, floral and spicy notes. Produced from the cristalline cane variety, this bottling is the result of a spontaneous fermentation lasting nearly seven days and was distilled in a Müller pot still heated in a bain-marie.
