A limited edition of the Darkness range, this Port Charlotte was matured in small Oloroso Octave Sherry casks before being bottled at its natural strength exclusively for the French market (111 bottles in all).
The small capacity of these barrels, around 60 liters, increases the influence of wood on the whisky. Intensely sherried, Darkness impresses with its gourmet, fruity and spicy aromas. An original whisky with a complex and remarkable character.
