Description
Made in Missouri and based on traditional corn whiskey recipes, Platte Valley is noted for its maturation in used oak barrels for three years. Presented in a traditional stoneware jug, it embodies the rural style of American whiskeys.
Tasting notes
Nose : fresh, mentholated. Spicy (pepper, nutmeg). Exudes the softness of corn and fine notes of vanilla.
Palate : rich, smooth. Confirms the nose. Smooth, fruit compote (pear, plum). Vegetal (corn on the cob).
Overall : creamy. Develops delicately into corn, vanilla and pecan nuts.
